ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: One of the oldest international varieties that came to Florina, in one of the first privately owned vineyards of the Bosco family with the special microclimate of the Aetos region, yielded a wine that belongs to the new category. a wine that betrays its sweet aftertaste from the sweet aromas of rose petals and exotic lychees that stand out on the nose. Mouth full and crunchy with well hidden high alcohol. It perfectly combines Chinese cuisine, sauteed pork with plum, crayfish, cheeses such as parmesan, gruyere, but also sweets such as Pannacotta. Drink cool at 8-12ºC.
